Two case studies that show how I move from discovery to delivery — one consumer mobile app I built solo, one platform enablement build inside a bank.
Snug Tonight
A smart sleep clothing guide for parents
A mobile app that uses tonight's overnight forecast and your child's age to recommend safe sleep clothing. Built end-to-end — research, requirements, design, build, App Store launch, and ongoing iteration. v1.0.1 is live with Sentry crash reporting, retry-resilient cloud writes, and 100% accessibility coverage. Full PM lifecycle across 7 stages.

Campaign Operations Optimisation
Salesforce-driven campaign ops with Agentforce
Campaign ops ran on a mix of Salesforce, Outlook, and Excel with no consistency. I mapped the process, found where it was breaking, and built a working PoC in Salesforce — 3 custom objects, 3 Flows, complexity scoring, auto-assignment, and SLA tracking. Agentforce is planned for Phase 2.

Designs & Prototypes
Concepts handed to delivery teams
I'm not just an enablement manager who identifies problems and writes recommendations — I design the to-be solutions so technology knows exactly what to build. A gallery of 10 design concepts across Salesforce, mobile (iOS), web, ATM, USSD, and chatbot — covering Absa Life servicing (Insure Assist, FAQ Chatbot, Claims Tracker, Live Chat, Pay Missed Premium) and Delink Stolen Mobile Device across three channels. Some were implemented; some weren't, for reasons that sat with delivery and product owners.
